One of the best burgers Ive ever had! Potato salad was delicious. Homemade chilli, homemade FRESH CUT French Fries. It was a terrific experience Id highly recommend Tavas Diner and check out this restroom sink!!
A hidden jewel! I had been seeing this place for months and just had the opportunity to try it out due to Fall Break. I ordered the slaw dog. The slaw was different, and didnt appeal to my taste buds. However, the toasting of the bun and the hand cut fries were delightful.

First time trying this diner and yes its a real diner... Im from the country parts of Louisiana and I love homey places like this. Homemade burger was sooo juicy and soft with fresh cut homemade fries, it was the best Ive had in a long time! Oh the pickles were TOP TIER!
